With 17 years of experience in the wellness and weight loss industry, Michelle has built her career around inspiring and supporting individuals as they work toward sustainable weight loss, pain relief, and healthier lifestyles.
Michelle recently completed her education as an Esthetician and now offers a full range of skincare services. By combining advanced wellness treatments with skincare and aesthetic care, she provides a well-rounded approach designed to help clients look and feel their very best.
Michelle is known for creating a welcoming environment where clients feel cared for, understood, and motivated throughout their journey. Donna Meyers
Helping others has always been at the heart of who Donna is. After many years of working with clients, she's found her true passion as a Laser Therapist, a role Donna has proudly served in for roughly the past three years. She finds great fulfillment in supporting individuals as they navigate personal challenges and pursue meaningful transformation. Her approach is rooted in compassion, faith, and attentive listening, allowing her to guide each person toward greater confidence, resilience, and lasting positive change.
Witnessing the growth and progress of those she works with is truly inspiring and motivates her every day. Donna genuinely enjoys connecting with new people and building lasting relationships. Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, event planning, and decorating.
Tina Matamoros
Tina is a dedicated and compassionate professional with over 15 years of experience in the medical field as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her background includes home health care, hospital settings, and correctional facilities, where she developed a strong commitment to patient care and well-being.
In 2023, Tina expanded her passion for helping others by becoming a licensed facial specialist after completing esthetician school. Since 2025, she has proudly been part of the Next Level team as a consultant, Esthetician and sugaring specialist.
As a mother of four, Tina values balance and self-care. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, visiting the beach, exploring farmers markets, and spending time outdoors. She is passionate about helping our clients feel cared for, confident, and empowered to achieve their personal goals.
Ashley Meyers
Ashley is a dedicated and compassionate member of our weight loss team who is truly passionate about helping others feel healthier, happier, and more confident in themselves. She brings kindness, encouragement, and genuine support to every client she works with, always striving to make each person feel comfortable, motivated, and supported throughout their wellness journey.
Ashley is always eager to continue learning new techniques and bringing fresh ideas that support both client success and business growth. While she’s had her Associates degree, she recently added Certified Laser Therapist to her education. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed make her an important part of the team each day.
Ashley is also highly organized, tech-savvy, and a natural multitasker, often finding efficient and creative ways to improve systems and enhance the overall client experience while helping operations run smoothly behind the scenes. She approaches everything she does with care, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping others.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending quality time with her family, playing sports, and relaxing at the beach — reflecting the same warmth, positivity, and energy she brings to those around her every day.
